I very much appreciated being able to drop my car off via a tow and being worked in for service. All of the service people were very helpful, Loni of course is my fave. But it was very disturbing that it too a tow and being worked in for service. All of the service people were very helpful, Loni of course is my fave. I guess you’re at your maximum for the size of your facility, but the long delays even when booking for service makes it difficult to be without my car.
