we found everyone ready to help in anyway we needed it. Mike was very professional, but we felt very comfortable with him. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I walked in to test drive a new 24’ Explorer xx and met with Brad. Within minutes he had everything going to start the test drive. I knew right away I walked in to test drive a new 24’ Explorer xx and met with Brad. Within minutes he had everything going to start the test drive. I knew right away it was the car for my family and I. Brad spoke with everyone he needed to to get the approval for me to take the Explorer down the street for my husband to see. We traded in a vehicle and Sunset was way above what any other dealership offered on trade in. Brad and everyone my husband and I worked with at Sunset was amazing in every way! It was a quick painless process and I would highly recommend Brad and Sunset Ford to anyone I know looking for a new car knowing they made a good choice! My husband and I were very happy with the whole overall experience and would rate it off the charts if possible! More

We came here after a terrible deal we were about to do with Dave Sinclair (DS). Sunset Ford’s team was courteous, was not pushy and beat the other dealership without haggling at all! At the DS dealership, I haven’t been treated this bad in over 25 years in the military since I was a private outside of a military base. They were not my broker in the deal at all. Out of three days of negotiating, the price of the vehicle did not decrease at all and it was an auction vehicle that hadn’t even been inspected by their maintenance team. Nope, never again. More
