We did our research, decided what it would take for us to complete the purchase/trade. We calmly negotiated a very short time and came to a solution quickly. Treff LePlant arranged our financing, license plate transfer, etc. quickly and was obviously very experienced at his work. I have already referred Mr. Wagstaff and the Dealership to a friend. Our salesman was great, Randy. Treff LaPlant left much to be desired. We met with him twice and both times you could tell he was too bothered for us. On the day of purchase of our Ford Escape, he never spoke to us in his office as we were signing papers except to say sign here or initials here. He made no conversation with us and no eye contact with us. We have bought many cars in our 38 years of marriage and he has been the least friendly and really had no personality. We both thought as a manager, he would be bettter skilled at conversing with people and making them feel like you really appreciated our business. Good thing he wasn’t our salesman, we wouldn’t have made our purchase from Sunset More
