My husband and I had quite a journey ahead of us with a two-hour drive, especially since my husband couldn't get off work until late. Eddie went above and beyond by keeping the dealership open just for us, ensuring we could finalize our purchase of a new Expedition. Throughout the entire process, Eddie was incredibly patient and helpful. He never rushed us, taking the time to answer all our questions and make sure we felt comfortable with our decision. His dedication to providing excellent service truly made a difference in our experience. Additionally, we had a fantastic time during the finance processing with Jeff.
