He is subtle and goes light on the high pressure sales tactics which I appreciated. He is also very observant, which I will explain further. My wife was not on board with my choice of vehicle which Howard quickly picked up on. He deftly diffused the situation with a little humor and his easy going manner. Nice work Howard! Despite that we kept having to push back the date of purchase after already selecting the car, Randy ensured that I would walk away with the car. I did. He was extremely patient, kind, and fair. When our situation required us to meet with management, the management staff (John Wesley in particular) was willing to bend over backwards to help us make the deal. Purchasing a car is usually a real headache, but Sunset Ford, and ESPECIALLY Randy, made the process as smooth as possible, despite a lot of external variables. Went over a few things on the Edge and we went for test drive. No pressure, No Sales Pitch. NO GAMES. Fair pricing, EXCELLENT service by entire team. We came to an agreed price and out the door with our new car (new to us). Cannot speak high enough about Sam. Ask for him if you go in. Very pleasant experience. They also did not mind my wife having our little pooch along for the trip! The finance portion was just as good. Treff clearly explained everything and worked with us to make everything work out.
