I sent in an information request for an Explorer that ended up being unavailable, but Jim Wagstaff helped me find an alternative vehicle that I am enjoying more than the initial vehicle that drew my interest. If I need a new car or know of anyone else who needs one I will recommend Jim as the guy to see! I ended up financing the vehicle and was in and out of the financing portion under an hour. I would attribute this to an outstanding sales person named Sam Martin. Sam always did what he said he was going to do (Integrity). And, when I told Sam that I wasn't satisfied with the appearance of the new tires on the Ford Explorer that I had just purchased Sam actually cleaned the tires himself, and he did a fantastic job! He also took my car to a better car wash. Sam has my strongest recommendation. Also, Justin in finance was very straight forward and NOT a high pressure sales guy. These guys are a trustworthy team. The next time we need to buy a car, we know where we're going! More
