Upon confirming that the vehicle was available, she set up an appointment for a test drive and meeting with Product Specialist Keith Boerding. The vehicle was waiting for us when we arrived and Keith was very accommodating in addressing all our questions and working through the paper work. I typically dread going through the purchasing process for a new vehicle, however, it was completed fairly quickly and to our satisfaction. From looking at a trade to "Oh no that is being sold" to finding another one and then "Oh no that is not the right factory code" to driving off the lot a happy camper to me calling saying "Oh no where are my plates" we laughed thru the day. Regarding car being sold he had another right away, regarding factory code he had service come and regarding plates he put then on when I was with money man IT WAS A GREAT DAY. Other places seemed like they wanted to "get me out the door with a fantastic deal". Sam knew that this decision was important to me because the safety of my son was the number one consideration. I stopped by the dealer after work to take a look at the truck and Donna directed me to Larry Burchardt. Donna was very pleasant and very helpful. Larry showed me the truck and answered all the questions I had. He knew I could not purchase until Jan 1 of 2017 so gave me an option of putting money down now to hold or to make it back in before Jan 3rd because of current rebates. Had a few laughs with him and headed out. As soon as I nail down what I want I will be back. More
