Dan made the negotiating process very easy and we quickly came to terms. After our purchase, Dan took the time to explain all of the features available to us in our new car. Unprofessional We were interested in purchasing a car from Sunset St. Louis and indeed did put a hold on one. We then submitted our thoughts on what the figures for car price, cash rebate and trade in value would be. We heard back from the salesman but only negative type comments and we never received any feedback on numbers from their side, in fact never heard back from them. We did not get a very good feeling about his knowledge of what Ford was offering. While this was going on we were also negotiating with a salesman in Marshfield, Mo. When it was determined that Don Vance Ford did not have the vehicle we were looking for he suggested a newer model and we had various communications about the vehicle via text, email and phone. Still never heard back from Sunset, they knew our timeframe. When we went back to Sunset to pickup our check the salesman was unhappy, which I understand, but when he finally determined that he was not going to get anywhere with us he parted ways with a very sarcastic and unprofessional crack. I would not recommend this dealers sales force to anyone. I would however highly recommend Don Vance Ford in Marshfield, Mo More

Mr Boerding was also very helpful and we were able to make a deal. The gentleman in the finance department also was very kind and helpful. Sorry I can remember his name. Everyone we dealt with was professional and kind. My only complaint; as I told Mr Boerding was the inside of the car was not real clean. He himself cleaned a few areas where something had been spilled and I appreciated that very much. More

A few weeks later we purchased a 2011 Edge from the Waterloo location. We were extremely happy with both locations. Mike Geraghty was our salesman at the Gravois location for the 2013 Escape, he was very helpful in explaining the different options and showing us the vehicles that he had for sale. Mike was very professional, friendly and gave a us a very good price on the vehicle we picked out. We want to thank him very much we are so happy with our purchase. Jason Schriver was our finance person. He was very polite, went over all out paper work and explained all the options we have and did it in a very professional manner.
