They scheduled a follow up appointment to improve my satisfaction. It had been a long time since I last purchased a new vehicle and technology was a big part of my new truck. During the revisit, Sunset made sure I was coached through operation of this technology one on one with a great salesman. This salesman was respectful of my learning style and relative inexperience with new technology in a vehicle. (And he never " surfed the net" or checked his smart phone once during our appointment!) I was shown the service department and made aware of money saving service features like 1st oil change free and future notices that would arrive via email. I am impressed with the dedication to excellence this dealership displayed. More

After rudely being turned away by three Dave Sinclair dealerships - Lincoln/GMC/Ford - I desperately called Sunset Ford and spoke with Jen Hall who was a tremendous help and coupled with Mike Konorsmann, saved the day! I dropped my Ford vehicle off on Friday evening and it was ready for pick up the following afternoon, so I was able to leave town on Sunday morning as planned. The dealer down the road was rude, arrogant and not willing to "close the gap" in price, so we walked. We were happy we did, because at the end of the day we were way more pleased with how Sunset, particularly Mike Geraghty, had treated us. Very low pressure, easy to talk to and negotiate with...it was a win / win for all. I would recommend Mike over and over again. More
