He was not pushy and explained the process to proceed if I decided I wanted to continue the purchase process. After bringing in my trade-in, Sam helped get the price I was looking for. He then brought me to Jason in finance. Jason was the easiest finance guy, I've ever dealt with. We wrapped up the process very fast and I was able to drive home in my new Mustang. He took the time to explain the warranties available and what was needed to to do as to not void the warranty (VERY IMPORTANT!). There were two Ford models I was considering, the Escape and the Fusion. We discussed pros and cons of each for my situation. I was leaning more towards the Escape, test drove it and loved it and I was sold. Randy gently insisted that I test drive the Fusion too.. I'm glad he did as I did not care for the Fusion as much as the Escape. Therefore, I won't be wondering if I made the wrong decision. In all, it was a great experience. Randy has a great personality and a cute southern twang! More
