Great overall experience. These should somehow be a way to speed the process up. Spent nearly 4 hours at the dealership and we had the car picked out before arrival, I don't believe it was anyone's fault, to speed the process up. Wow - what a great experience at Sunset Ford. We wanted to look at the Escape. We gave Mike the options we were looking for...he pulled the Escape that met our requirements up to the door, gave us the key to look at the Escape.
