We have purchased previously from Sunset and worked with Jon we appreciated how he helped finding a car for our daughter after hers bit the dust . When we pulled into the dealership with the Sunfire making the racket it was both Doug and I were laughing and Jon walks up to us and said heard you comming all the way down Gravois anyway Jon did his best to get as much for the Sunfire as he could all of us knowing that it would not be much. Jon also stayed late for us that night to make sure everything went as expected with the deal which was appreciated. The finance manager that we worked with I think his name was Chris was also great he worked up 3 different options for us that our daughter and my husband and I could afford. Our daughter loves her 2006 G6 and I am sure when she gets home from school she will be up there to get her picture taken in her car!! We special ordered our car because we were so particular about everything on it. Steve was very patient with us and helped us get the best deal. We had so many questions. He had it detailed for us, but knowing it would get dirty as soon as we left the lot he offered another car wash whenever we were close by to the dealer in the coming days/weeks. He also thoroughly explained the warranties that came with the F150. He offer an extended coverage but was not pushy or overbearing in his sales pitch. This is the 5th truck that I have purchased from Sunset Ford and Mike Gober has been the salesperson every time. The service was great again. They went and picked it up and brought it back in the same day. They had it serviced and I picked it up the next day. Mr. Gober kept me informed on all of the actions that they were doing. They got me the right color with all of the equipment on it that I asked for. I know that it was a tall order but Mr. Gober and his crew came through.
