We are a strong annual community supporter with donations to charities and other fund raising activities. Giving back to the local community is something we feel strongly about because without you nothing is possible. What good is it to talk to you since you all are unethechical. Some how I feel Sunset will figure out away to exhort me again if I want a recal done on my ford. You all are very unethical..

It is not our company policy to require a recall performed with additional services, so although that might have been stated, we don't have a way to track that down to the employee without additional details from you. Regardless, to ensure staff has correct information, we have addressed this with our entire team today to ensure staff is on the same page as management. So, if you would like to schedule an appointment, you are welcome to try calling again and booking without disclosing your information here with us, or we are happy to personally help you. We can't operate a business for 113 years if our business ethics were not in order. Somewhere I am sure staff misunderstood what our posted processes was, but we are here to help. Let us know. I call Sunset Ford on Mondy 2/17/2025 afternoon.. He did not take any info from me except what recall was it. he was to busy extorting me and did not want a record of this call so he did not put me in the database.. This was the 1st time I used Sunset ford and last. I question him on this and he stated that is the only way he would schedule appoint if I would sign up for other services or otherwise Sunset ford would not do the recall.I told hime I woul report this to ford which I did. He didn't care. Ford found me a dealership that I was able to make the appoint o do the recall. Why would i want to talk to Sunset when they are unethical.

If you provide us with the phone number you called from, our management team would be able to listen to the call and directly educate the proper staff on our scheduling process. As mentioned, it has been re-discussed with everyone what we can schedule, but we do always like getting to the root cause.
