Kyle Brewer was the best salesman ever. He was so kind, he listened to our wishes and was so eager to please with no pressure. I bought my 150 from Waterloo Sunset and have had it serviced there ever since. CJ in service department is great, explains everything to me in detail and finds and fixes problems before they give me t serviced there ever since. First service with Sunset Ford-service was good-did not like the “up” selling. If I had said yes to everything I would have been $500 plus dollars out of my pocket. Then I was approached AGAIN and asked if like the “up” selling. If I had said yes to everything I would have been $500 plus dollars out of my pocket. Then I was approached AGAIN and asked if I wanted a new battery and another additional service costing more money for winterizing. I sat in the showroom because the chairs in the waiting room are small and uncomfortable for larger people. More
