New engine replacement failed after two days. Vehicle is dead 160 miles away from dealership and now I have to tow it myself to a Ford dealership that is 50 miles away. The new dealership can' Vehicle is dead 160 miles away from dealership and now I have to tow it myself to a Ford dealership that is 50 miles away. The new dealership can't look at my vehicle until another two and half weeks. I spent $15,000 for a new engine on a vehicle I just paid off in January 2022. I feel like I'm not getting any help and I feel like my Service Advisor has her hands tide to be able to offer assistance. I'm sure this post will never bee seen on this website for the others to view. More
