The car we purchased was a lease car. We looked at the car at night, when we went to pick the car up I noticed the wind shield had a chip in it. After telling us the night before Craig told us he had the car at night, when we went to pick the car up I noticed the wind shield had a chip in it. After telling us the night before Craig told us he had the 2nd key fob.but when we picked up the car claimed he could not find it. He said he would have the window man and the key fob guy to call us. We didn't hear from him so we called him. I told him we should not have to pay for either of these things since we told him before removing car from the lot. We had to pay $280.00 for new key fob. We still haven't heard from him on the windshield. Plus we corrected a 4,000 dollar mistake he made when figuring up how much we still owed on the car. We had a terrible experience with Craig. More
