It was nice that they were doing what they can to keep the number of people in the dealership at once to a minimum. Brad greeted us and tried to get as much paperwork started early in order to speed up the buying process in case we chose to purchase after the test drive. Brad was informative and friendly throughout the experience. The purchase was straight forward. I was pre approved for a loan walking in to the dealer. They made sure to meet the rate and payment I was approved for with a lower down payment. The car was priced reasonably so no negotiations beyond the rate/financing was needed. Overall it was a good buying experience. Never felt like it was me versus the salesman. More like it was us working together to find what will work. Which is nice. More

I was not in the market to purchase a vehicle just looking at vehicles we may consider down the road. After 3 weeks of texting and a few calls a deal was put together that I couldn’t refuse. He was not pushy and I really liked that. At several points I thanked him for trying because I was convinced that this would be a purchase that would have to wait to take place at a later date due to the inequity I had in my current vehicle and again I wasn’t in the market at this time. I was simply curious what the online price was. More
