Steve and Jake both worked their butts off getting me a great trade in on my "old" 2015 Sonata, moving me into a brand new Sonata. I highly recommend seeing Steve if you are considering a vehicle. Not a happy customer. I bought my truck in January 2019. Took 5 months to get license plate. It apparently needed a safety and emissions inspection before I could get the p I bought my truck in January 2019. Took 5 months to get license plate. It apparently needed a safety and emissions inspection before I could get the plates (I live in Illinois and still am not sure why) anyways after months I was finally informed that it needed to be done and when I brought it in the acted like it was my fault that It hadn’t been done. They were nice enough to let me borrow a dealer plate until I got my plate in after 2 trips to the dealer that is over 2 hours away from my house. I was also promised a second key, I’ve been told twice now that it’s been mailed to me but still haven’t received it. I ended up refinancing my loan and canceled gap insurance and extended warranty because I went with what my bank had to offer that was a lot cheaper. I’ve asked multiple times on an update on that and still no response. That was over 2 months ago. I’ve been very patient but this is very frustrating. More
