"Run Around Hyundai" 3 days for a vehicle REALLY!!!!! I came into the dealership with a pre approval on Thursday at 5pm found a New 2019 I really liked but once financing was approved the numbers were Not I came into the dealership with a pre approval on Thursday at 5pm found a New 2019 I really liked but once financing was approved the numbers were Not were I wanted them to be, $$$ I understand my credit was challenging. But once again I came in with a pre approval So WHY????? was my credit ran thirty one times Yes 31, when my approval was given by the same company I initially came in with. Also once I decided to NOT go with the 2019 I was shuffled along to a different sales person I found a Used 2018 I liked, Then came the long drowned out waiting for the finance guy line, Mind you this is Now Saturday 3pm. Finally sat down with Bobby S who was very professional as well as apologetic for my 3 day wait for this "deal" to happen. So yes I'm very satisfied with the vehicle I purchased at the price point I wanted. But I did feel like "it's tax season & if you're not buying brand new then screw you." NEVER in my LIFE have purchasing a vehicle ever taken this long, But to be honest I have never purchased during this time of year also. More
