We were searching the Internet for a certified preowned vehicle. There were none in our area. Frank sent us a video going over everything about the car this morning. We were very impressed and this convinced us to make the 4 hour trip to test drive the vehicle. It was well priced and fully loaded but the service is what really sets them apart. This is our fourth Hyundai and Suntrup really made us feel like a valued member of the Hyundai family. Frank, our sales contact was extremely knowledgable and very personable. He made it his mission that we were taken care of. Fred in finance was great. He made financing a car fun. It wasn’t just endless paperwork. Both Frank and Fred made us feel appreciated and special, even when it was long past closing time. Kudos to them both and to Suntrup for having such awesome employees!
