I was first sent an estimate that contained many unnecessary stuffs. After I detect and told some issues to a staff, he said I was wrong and confused. He didn't explain the details and changes of my car repairment until the repairment finished, and after I complained about it, he gave me a call and scolded me with very fast English. He knew I am a foreigner, and I suspect he intentionally do so. Overall, this experience was so unlucky and make me so depressed. I had to use my car as soon as possible, so I gave up talking with him and paid higher fees than I thought was right. There might be some confusion and misunderstanding between us, but I still believe his explanation was not enough. More
