I contacted the dealership because their website specifically states they have special financing for customer with problem credit . Well, this turned out be a lie for me. First, I was told I was a specifically states they have special financing for customer with problem credit . Well, this turned out be a lie for me. First, I was told I was approved and when I could pick the car up, then it all came crashing down. I was suddenly told I needed a co-signer and larger down payment. Their advertising is a lie and they do not honor what their website claims. More

Aaron, my salesman handled my situation with such integrity and worked hard to get my family in a reliable vehicle. I'm a single mother of 3 that had just been in a horrific car accident, he put my w integrity and worked hard to get my family in a reliable vehicle. He fought hard to get me into something that fit my family but also something I could afford. Joey, the financing manager then worked hard to get me a loan from a reputable bank that would make it easier for me in the future for approval. Ryan, my service writer showed grace when I needed help within the first week of purchase. From the beginning to end these guys did their best to help me and I 100% will always refer them to anyone and everyone. They turned a very stressful situation into a relaxed and easy process.
