I appreciate the thorough checkout of my vehicle and cordiality expressed while I waiting for the vehicle to get service work done on it. Service experience was very good and professional overall with outstanding communication and upfront pricing. My only complaint, and it’s a huge one, is the cost for basic services is out of control. Nearly with outstanding communication and upfront pricing. My only complaint, and it’s a huge one, is the cost for basic services is out of control. Nearly $800 to replace spark plugs on a 10 year old SUV? That’s just one of the many simple services that I will have done elsewhere for a third the price or less. If you need one of the few services that only a Nissan Dealer can do then this dealership is great for that. More
