That wasn’t the case with Adam. Adam was honest, patient, and incredibly thorough. He answered all of my (many) questions without judgment and prioritized my needs over just making a sale. He genuinely cared about helping me find the right car rather than maximizing his own commission. Thanks to him, I was able to trade in the car I hated for an older, more affordable car that I now absolutely love.
