I came in with pre-approval in hand, north of 830 credit score, and was requested by Jacob to let them try to see if they could beat an already very attractive offer. Short story version, they did. But I didn't expect it would take over an hour for one bank to look at my credit profile. More

Worst service experience of my life for any vehicle at any service shop. over 15 hundred dollars paid and the 2 issues with my 2011 Element were never resolved, not even partially. PLUS, a switch on my do any service shop. over 15 hundred dollars paid and the 2 issues with my 2011 Element were never resolved, not even partially. PLUS, a switch on my door had a piece pried off and lost so now it is missing the printed cap - no compensation for this damage either. Schedule confusion; poor communicated between employees. An example was that the automated text message notified me of the correct date for service, while a dealership employee called me claiming my appointment was for the day before. This occurred on two different occurrences. How are things so uncoordinated within one system at one company? My advice to anyone is this; NEVER use a dealership for any service other than recalls. Their techs are greenhorn graduates who will only follow manual protocols of shot-gunning parts that run up a huge bill until something is fixed or they tap out. No critical troubleshooting occurs and frankly, their profit model is 'whatever brings in fast cash and potential future sales opportunity' - and the customer's experience can just GET WRECKED! More

After several wonderful service experiences I began thinking of upgrading my 2019 Equinox. I met Stephanie Perez when in for service and impromptu she took time for me to test drive a 2026 Passport RTL. No sales pressure. Stephanie was nor listed on DealerReview but I give her 5 Stars Later set an appointment with Stephanie for my wife to test drive both the Passport and also a 2026 CTV Hybrid Touring. Again no sales pressure We ended up getting pricing on the Passport. Also agreed on a trade-in value for the Equinox that was close enough to what Carvana offered that we included the trade. Eric Curtice, Sales Manager, introduced himself and followed up several times during the process. Also great experience with the Finance Manager who did show all options but never once pushed or pressured us into anything. Again, never felt sales pressure. Very very satisfied. We did buy the 2026 Passport RTL. 5 Stars from Service.to Stephanie/Eric on the Sale and to the Finance Manager. Very happy and felt the deal was fair to all. More

We came from Norfolk, NE looking for a newer to new Passport or CR-V. Jacob greeted us right away and grabbed keys so we could look inside some CR-Vs. He gave us time to investigate and see pluses and Passport or CR-V. Jacob greeted us right away and grabbed keys so we could look inside some CR-Vs. He gave us time to investigate and see pluses and disadvantages compared to our Passport we currently had. He showed us a Passport and it only had 19,900 miles. Lower miles and it drove great just like ours, only a lot less miles so we bought it! He worked with us to help get closer to our price and was pleasant to work with the whole time. Just like John Wonder! Great people to work with!! More
