He kept us informed as to the progress of our factory order. On the day of delivery, he went through everything step by step in setting up our new truck. Drove into the service area with a windshield washer issue - it wasn't quirting. Chris Deegan checked under the hood and was able to quickly find the problem. A mouse had chewed the wires! He was able to find a spare length of wire and splice it with the remaining wires and fixed the problem in just a couple of minutes. The overall experience was very good with respect to Sales help. Eric was really helpful over the phone with my wife. Jacob was very nice and helpful too but didn’t seem to know the answers to couple of Sales help. Eric was really helpful over the phone with my wife. The gentleman in finance seemed get upset with us as we were discussing the extended service warranty. It would of been very helpful to have this information prior to closing. We don’t buy or trade cars very often so purchasing extra warranty is new to us. It turned into an unpleasant experience for us. I think the product was good with merit. I even wanted to talk to my wife in private but that was when he seemed to get upset with us. I decided at that point we should pass. Thank you for the opportunity to share our concern. We are enjoying our new Ridgeline. More
