Excellent Customer Service I have worked with John Wonder and Chuck Elford since 2012 when they helped me with the purchase of my CRV. They are very knowledgeable, honest, and I have worked with John Wonder and Chuck Elford since 2012 when they helped me with the purchase of my CRV. They are very knowledgeable, honest, and personable people who are willing to go out of their way to provide assistance. Since 2012, if issues arise I can email either of them for guidance on how to proceed. Just this week, John and Chuck helped me with the purchase of an HRV. I emailed John that I was interested in coming in for a test drive which was coordinated with a days notice. Chuck then accompanied me for the test dive and explained all the features of the HRV. I purchased the car that day with John, Chuck, and financial assistant Cody completing the purchase. It says a lot about the Superior Honda work environment that all 3 of these men have been been working at this Honda dealership for the last 14 to 15 years.. Alan Arthur is the best!! My husband and I were looking to add a commuter car.
