Shane Hicks , Service Consultant, and his team once again did an excellent job. Our battery was dead. We had the vehicle towed to Superstition Springs Lexus at noon. I called Shane at 11:30 AM and let him did an excellent job. Our battery was dead. We had the vehicle towed to Superstition Springs Lexus at noon. I called Shane at 11:30 AM and let him know it would be arriving via AAA. He said no problem, he would be on the look out for it. After after a through 23 point inspection and the battery being replaced the vehicle was ready at 3:15 PM the same day. (2 hours and 45 Minutes ahead of the time promised. Promise less and deliver more in action) Shane and his team, once again has provided excellent customer service, That is the reason that we keep coming back to Superstition Springs Lexus. More
