This is the second time I have something recommended that is really not needed. Last time they recommended my brakes when I had just had them done 1 month prior at another Lexus dealer. This time they said is really not needed. Last time they recommended my brakes when I had just had them done 1 month prior at another Lexus dealer. This time they said I need a radiator when my husband looked at it the coolant was filled with water and there was no leak on our driveway as it normally would if there was any leak.. Until the next day after they had for 2 hours for an oil change. They also said I need all five tires replaced when one was just bought recently and the spare was never used until my recent flat less than 100 miles. Took to another place and they only recommended 4. I also left a message to speak to the manager and never heard back. More
