He assisted me and my parents, and answered every question and concern we had. I am beyond happy with the purchase I have made, and the lifetime powertrain warranty is truly amazing! Unlike other dealerships that I have visited where I felt rushed and pressured into buying something that I was not satisfied with, Anthony was honest and extremely patient with me. In addition, Rich in financing was also amazing! Even before arriving to Sutton Ford I had the pleasure of speaking with Latrice on the phone, who was just as friendly, helpful, and assuring as Anthony & Rich. I would, without hesitation, return to Sutton Ford to purchase all of my future vehicles, as well as recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. This dealership has something very special going on as far as customer service, selection, and amazing deals go. The salesman was good. No owners manual. Hood will not unlatch. Only got one key, It’s not the master key. There was a $990.00 HIDDEN FEE when we got ready to settle up No owners manual.
