I wanted to give a little time after the service before I have a review. I do believe $3000 for a water pump is a bit excessive but of course, I was at your mercy on that. Although the details of the diagnos have a review. I do believe $3000 for a water pump is a bit excessive but of course, I was at your mercy on that. Although the details of the diagnosis was a bit sketchy considering the first quote was around the $1000 mark and a few days later an additional $3000 was needed. I do appreciate Melissa working out the final bill of about $3000 but something felt a little misleading about the initial diagnosis. Hopefully I can get another year out of this car before I have to replace it. And I notice my SYNC for my phone no longer works. More

Really enjoy the car. I am missing the spare tire for it that was in it during our test drive. Didn’t notice it was gone until after we completed the paperwork and drove away with the car. Still waiting on a call back to see what, if anything Sutton is going to do about it. Marcus was great. Answered all question and was courteous to me and my wife. The fact that you have mandatory add on’s that was not advertised online was very upsetting. I expected a price that was advertise but then was told about the window and paint protection that was mandatory that I pay for almost made me not close the deal. We actually drove away then came back. I believe it would be a better business practice for online sales if you would include the extras in the price of the vehicle and not surprise a customer with it during cost negotiations. I am expecting something to be done about the missing spare tire. Please call me when you find it or decide to replace it. thank you More
