Disappointed Totally disappointed - I’ve been with Ford since 2003 and for the first time i felt like “crap” forgetting my 5% coupon I asked your cashier could I b Totally disappointed - I’ve been with Ford since 2003 and for the first time i felt like “crap” forgetting my 5% coupon I asked your cashier could I bring my coupon back after I pay now for the vehicle would I be able to get my credit back. Her reply was "I don't know" so I told her please ask a manager - she then says they're all gone for today so I said possibly is Jamie still around she said he's gone too so I said what about Bryan she said with attitude he's not a manager! She barely let me talk being very aggressive finally I was able to say I'm fully aware that he's not a manager but maybe he could've answer the question regarding the coupon then she said he's temporarily not working here right now. Everything was combative! Stinkin attitude! OMG!!! I asked her was my vehicle washed she said she don't know I said can you find out if not I'd like to have it washed please - she then called someone via phone in which they supposedly told her it would be one hour wait. SMH!! i just left!!! Bad disposition to work with the public! I’ve been with Ford too long. Wow 👎🏽 More
