It’s always a pleasure to bring my car to Sutton Ford even though it’s out of my way. I go there because of the excellence service and the pleasant caring employees. This is the 2nd one I’ve filled out for this service call and if you don’t like this one don’t send another. Making the appointment I would give 1 star only because u don’t have zero stars. After being told twice I could not have my oil changed and tires rotated along with my Auto-Butler I bring it in for the auto butler and they service people (5 stars) ask if there is anything else I would like done. I told them I wanted my oil changed and my tires rotated but I was told that they can’t do it at the same time. They told me it was a mistake that it could be done so they took care of it. I’m glad they did cause there was no way I was coming back for an oil change. I’m approximately 25 miles away and I literally pass Curry Ford dealership on my way to yours. More

Never coming back here ever again, wouldn't drive me to my home so I had to be dropped at my parents house. Charging me 5 dollars a gallon for fuel when it's 4 bucks. Are you xxxxing kidding me?
