I Took my 2014 ford f150 to get the "works" performed it includes a oil change and a 24 multi point inspection. When I picked up my truck I looked at the inspection sheet and the mechanic wrote that mu brak includes a oil change and a 24 multi point inspection. When I picked up my truck I looked at the inspection sheet and the mechanic wrote that mu brakes were in great condition ( green) so I went home, but a couple of days later I was hearing a grinding noise coming from the rear of my truck. I took my back tire off and noticed that my brakes were so bad that my rotors need to be replaced as well. I called Randy and Jaime the next day an lefted a message. Randy called back an said he'll call me back the next day when Jaime come back to work. It's been 3 weeks now I haven't heard from neither Randy nor Jaime! I will never ever buy or take my vehicle back to Sutton Ford you all I treated me wrong for so many incidents and now this is it. Management is worse than the Mechanics. More

The first guy that I encountered Brian had a beautiful smile and was very friendly. He got me taken care of right away and arranges my ride home. When he called to tell me my car was ready he realizes s smile and was very friendly. He got me taken care of right away and arranges my ride home. Both shuttle drivers were very pleasant and it was like driving with friends. Jillian is always nice. The cashier seemed irritated but the manager, Randy I believe his name was, stepped out and was just as pleasant as everyone else and blessed my soul. It was a great experience all around. More
