We apologize for the inconvenience. This was a service appointment that was setup as a “drop off appointment”. The offer to be shuttled home was declined. Per the recall letter from Ford Motor Company, the time needed for this repair is less than one-half day. However, due to service scheduling requirements, your dealer may need your vehicle for a longer period of time.

The coupon was for future service, not for the servce I received. I received an oil change. The coupon Jamie & I was discussing is for Brake Service, which I have not received yet.
