I wasn’t going to leave a review because I thought maybe I was being picky and my car did need more maintenance, but no. I took my car here for the battery (which they did nothing to). When I picked my car I was being picky and my car did need more maintenance, but no. I took my car here for the battery (which they did nothing to). When I picked my car up, the check engine light was on, I complained about that but they said that’s my fault, ok whatever. Took it to a different mechanic (T&T, lovely mechanics) and he basically had to go behind Ford and reconnect some sensors near my battery that they forgot? Is this a money grab or y’all don’t know what you’re doing? Seriously, xxx? And he did it for free! Shame on y’all. This happened before when I went in for a battery issue and I picked up a car with a sunroof that was no longer working back in April. The service department needs to be looked into. More
