I had a 7an appointment for auto butler. Was the 2 person in line to check in I also got an oil change that was finished quickly my SUV was back in parking lot and waiting for auto butler when the 8am check in line to check in I also got an oil change that was finished quickly my SUV was back in parking lot and waiting for auto butler when the 8am checked in hugs were exchanged and then there truck was taken back for auto butler. Then awhile later mine was taken back. The 8 am was finished and was on there way.i asked how long before mine was finished she went back and said about 15 min . 45 min later I was told it was finished. I have never had to 3 1/2 hours for this service. I will be looking for a new dealer closer to home. Oh the auto butler, nothing was done to the hatch back part of the SUV whatever was sprayed on the back seats was not wiped off, and the dash board had spray marks the windows must have been washed with a dirty towel because the were smudged. And there rims were not cleaned. More
