Very disappointed with Sutton. Called and the lady was able to make two service appointments in one day. Got there at 12 and they said we only had 1 for 1pm but they could take us “early”. I received conf able to make two service appointments in one day. Got there at 12 and they said we only had 1 for 1pm but they could take us “early”. I received confirmation texts/emails for 12:15&1:45 and all they said was “that’s weird”. Told them twice we couldn’t leave vehicle overnight. 2.5 hours later they call and ask again if they can keep it over night and that they didn’t have time. Will go to any other Ford dealer for services before we go back to Sutton. More
