Due to my time of entry, I was not given a tire rotation but offered (@ fee of $9, each) 16 replacement lugs during oil change. Although service had most recently occurred on the vehicle in Oct., 2019 (at but offered (@ fee of $9, each) 16 replacement lugs during oil change.
