Happy Day I was treated nicely by a young lady when I walked into the lobby. Erik was friendly in the Service Department. A man took me to my home in I was treated nicely by a young lady when I walked into the lobby. Erik was friendly in the Service Department. A man took me to my home in the Shuttle Van. When the work was done I received a message from Erik. He sent a young man in the Shuttle Van to take me back to Sutton Ford. I was there because of the airbag recall. The work was completed and the car had been washed. I was happy. More
