Long wait time for appt., but great service I had to wait 2 weeks to get an appt. to wake my 2018 Escape from “Deep sleep mode”. The battery was dead from not starting the car for a month. Onc I had to wait 2 weeks to get an appt. to wake my 2018 Escape from “Deep sleep mode”. The battery was dead from not starting the car for a month. Once I did get there, I was kept informed as to what was happening. The longest wait was for diagnostics, and there was nothing that could be done to speed it up. Once it was confirmed it was my battery, it was 20 min. and I was back on the road. More
