I’ve been so frustrated with Sutton Ford lately. I bought my 2020 Ford Escape brand new from them in 2020. Since then it’s been in and out of the shop almost every other month and the car currently I bought my 2020 Ford Escape brand new from them in 2020. Since then it’s been in and out of the shop almost every other month and the car currently only has 21K miles on it. I just took it in for service for the works and to fix my check engine light that came on. I picked it up the same day and the very next day my check engine light came back on. On top of that I found a dent in my drivers side door that hadn’t originally been there and a random small plastic piece in my back seat - where that piece came from I’ll never know. I haven’t felt like they have valued me as a customer and the car they sold me has had nothing but problems. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone and I find it hard to believe I will ever do business with them again after this car. More
