I went for a specific reason, I informed the staff and expected the mechanic to be on the same page. He was not. Instead it took him 5 hours to confirm what I already had said was the issue. If mechanics will not listen to the customer then what is the point of going? He kept my vehicle an extra day due to his failure to listen and pre order the part.
