I scheduled an appointment for 9 AM for an oil change and to check my windshield wiper pump. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment and the service clerk told me that they could do the oil change but t to check my windshield wiper pump. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment and the service clerk told me that they could do the oil change but that I would have to come back to get the windshield wiper pump looked at. I told them that I had approximately two hours to wait for my vehicle, and if they could look at the pump today that would be ideal. That’s the reason why I made the appointment. My car did not get taken back into the shop until 10:15 AM. I had a 9 AM appointment! I don’t understand why it took an hour and 15 minutes to get my car back. My windshield wiper pump did not get looked at at all. I had an appointment and in the notes of the appointment I stated what I needed looked at, so I do not understand why it was not done and why time was not allotted for an appointment I made. I am highly disappointed in the service I received, and then the amount of time it took to complete an oil change. More

Head sales manager Derick Marshal very rude and unprofessional, tried talking to him and all he would do is talk over us and tell ask we were upset wasn’t much help.
