Please beware of this dealership. They prey on vulnerable individuals when promoting different benefits of Ford, such as the Premium Extended Warranty coverage. And then when your 2020 Ford Fusion that has 56,000 miles on it develops a Tranmission leak, they give you the run around with trying to fix the repairs. For example I called the dealership, and was advised that even though we have a Transmission leak and our car is not driveable we'd have to wait until Next year for a service appointment. Additionally even though we purchased an Extended PREMIUM WARRANTY and we are still covered with the initial Power train WARRANTY, we were advised that we would not be provided with a Loaner vehicle. Even though per the Extended warranty policies the Customer is to pay a $100 deductible for the covered part and a courtesy loaner is included. Although this vehicle is still covered under the Power train warranty, Erik Buikema from Sutton Ford and Currie Motors in Frankfort, Illinois have failed us as Customers. Both Dealerships refused to provide a loaner vehicle. Please note these dealerships are taking advantage of me as a minority, a woman, and a person with a disability. And this is causing immense turmoil and emotional and mental and physical stress. Please note this complaint will also be forwarded to respective municipalities where these businesses are registered, BBB, Federal trade commission, Illinois department of Insurance for Fraud investigation, and the Illinois Attorney General, and the Federal administration of persons with disabilities. Please please be weary of Vulture dealerships as these. Our vehicle was towed to Sutton Ford in Matteso, IL this evening and they still refused to provide us with a Loaner. Furthermore Nate Sutton has spent years in to building a successful dealership and I'm sure that he prides himself on different awards due to his Customer service. I am abhorred. More
I love coming to Sutton Ford. Maintenance can get pricey, but by the time they apply the coupons & discounts I get sent in the mail, it’s at a price I can afford. Car service is not great. Went in for oil change and was turned away. The person at the desk tells me it’s to late the mechanics leave at 3pm.
