Brought the truck in for an Auto Butler appointment the night before.. Received a phone call early in the AM the next day it was complete. Brought my car in to get an oil change, received a phone call stating that the technician could not open the hood and they would need to replace a part in order for him to get in there. I’d never had any pr call stating that the technician could not open the hood and they would need to replace a part in order for him to get in there. I’d never had any previous issues of this. After 4.5 hours, i received my car back and noticed that my hood open light was on. When i questioned the technician he stated that there were more parts that i needed to pay for in order to get the light off. I spoke to the service manager and they’re insisting that I will need to purchase parts to fix an issue that i didn’t have before i got there. As a customer of almost 10 years and 3 car purchases, i don’t think i will continue doing business with Sutton Ford! More
