The service department has changed drastically to be below average when dealing with customers. I always have to jump through hoops and loops to get the work done. I scheduled to have work done on 2 car below average when dealing with customers. I always have to jump through hoops and loops to get the work done. I scheduled to have work done on 2 cars, I told the scheduler when I pick the car, I will come back the next day after to bring the next car, she told me that would be a problem. Melissa said I missed my appointment, so I need to reschedule when she was the Rep to get the 1st car fix. Which took 2 days. She didn't make it make sense to me. Her Manager took the car to get it fix. This is horrible being a Ford Employee at CAP, that our service Rep at dealership can't make it make sense. More
