I was told directly that you stopped loaning out vehicles just before covid appeared. Also any vehicle that was a loaner was sold off as a pre-driven.

Per the warranty contract, if the vehicle is covered under warranty then we will provide a loaner / rental. Given the shortage of new vehicles we do not have any currently, thus a vehicle with miles on it or a vehicle from Hertz/Enterprise. Feel free to call

Thank you for admitting that you did NOT have a vehicle, even though your first response contradicts this Regardless service was completed in a timely fashion and done well. But we will refer to another dealership for future service and purchases.
