Poor scheduling. I had to physically walk-in to schedule my appointment with first availability two weeks away from that day of my walk in. Overall phone etiquette is very rude and unprofessional. The last few times I called was a nightmare, leaving a message and no retrun call, signed up for text messages and only received inital message and a The last few times I called was a nightmare, leaving a message and no retrun call, signed up for text messages and only received inital message and a Thank you mesage. Had no clue what was going on with my vehicle. I hope this review encourages the service team to acknowledge their shortcomings and make corretions where needed. More
