Called and scheduled appt. They actually had one for the next day. Pulled into dealership and was greeted immediately. Was given an estimation of 1 hour for service. I had a coupon for the 5th oil change being free, and I was told my 5th oil change was going to be free on the phone since I had the coupon. I had to pay $154. If I had known I was going to be charged, I w was told my 5th oil change was going to be free on the phone since I had the coupon. I had to pay $154.
