Service center is terrible. Joshua Gonzalez has been my advisor for my last two appointments, to which he’s been late each time. This last appt was to replace a part on my seat Joshua Gonzalez has been my advisor for my last two appointments, to which he’s been late each time. This last appt was to replace a part on my seat that was broken during my previous service appt (oil change). I was told my car would be ready in 2-2.5 hrs. At 3 hrs, I reached out the service center to get an update and was told he would call me. He never did and ignored text requests for an update until 6 hours later when I was told my car was ready to be picked up. Six hours to replace a part that was broken while the car was in for service previously. On top of that, they left the flap up on the back of my seat exposing the wiring. Very disappointing experience. More
