I had my 2023 Tuscon in for a faulty horn that was covered by warranty. On my scheduled morning, it was determined that both horns needed to be replaced and they had to be ordered. Christina advised that they would be in the next day and she would call me as soon as they arrived so I could return to the dealer. She called around 9:15AM, I was there by 10:30 and the job was finished just after noon. Thank You very much, I would highly recommend Tamiami Hyundai to friends. More

That feeling is enhanced as you pull into the reception area and you are guided to a specific service consultant, who you have worked with in the past. So, maintenance of your vehicle goes very well. Then you have a discussion about a potential offer that you have received from The Business development group. Since it seems attractive you ask your service consultant for an opinion and his response is yeah it's certainly worth investigating. So you ask if there's a sales representative that your he would be comfortable working with and you are referred to a very nice gentleman not the same but similar age and experience. You immediately are impressed with the openness and professional conduct of the salesperson. You then walk through the possibilities of purchasng a new vehicle and using your current vehicle as a as a trade in. Given the initial offer extended by The Business development group, you decide to spend a little time investigating the prospect. The cordial nature of your discussions leads to a decision that purchasing a new vehicle at this time would be advantageous. The entire process both maintenance and sales opportunity took maybe 4 hours. But, it was worth every minute and resulted in a very positive experience. I can't speak highly enough about both my maintenance consultant and my sales representative. Thanks to both of them! More
Was given the car back after a service Light popped on ( never received an explanation why the service late popped on) when the car was returned, cameras not working on the right side of the vehicle. So this was not checked before the car was returned to us. So it spent a total of four weeks in the shop for essentially no reason.Because there was no obvious issue with it when the initial service light popped on, and the camera is being turned off on the right side of the car was their fault and not how the car was when I turned it in. Poor communication regarding when the car would be ready. I received a message on monday at eight a m.That the car was ready.But I don't think anyone could have worked on it monday at six a m (???) and they are closed on sunday.So the car was basically ready on a saturday, and they didn't tell us until monday 8am, because I texted them on the weekend. This is both selfish and lazy and inconsiderate of the person who does not have a car More

AI reservationist did NOT secure my original oil change appointment!! When I never got a reminder message I k ew something was up. Had to quickly reschedule as I needed my car to drive out of town. I arrived promptly and told the attendant that would be waiting and inquired how long a simple oil change would take. He said at least 2.5 hours! I was dismayed. This was my 15k oil change and I felt I should take my car to the service dealer. But I will not use Naples Hyundai again. In the end with a15%discount coupon this simple oil change cost me 93.00. When I asked if this included tire rotations I was told no, that would be additional. Just oil change, anything else would be additional as well as add to the time. When I mentioned this to a friend he told me he no longer uses the Naples service dept but prefers to drive to Ft Myers where he feels the service is excellent and prices lower More
